Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to design, build, and maintain a website for the Client. This includes:

• Website design and development
• Mobile optimization
• Hosting
• Basic SEO setup
• Ongoing maintenance and updates

2. Pricing & Payment

The Client agrees to one of the following plans:

• $250 per month (billed monthly)
• $2,400 per year (billed annually - save $600)

Payments are processed via Stripe and are automatically recurring.

3. Turnaround Time

Initial website delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days after receiving all required content from the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary content including text, images, and business information in a timely manner.

5. Ownership

The website remains the property of the Service Provider while the subscription is active. If the Client cancels the subscription, the website may be taken offline.

6. Cancellation

• The Client may cancel at any time via written notice
• Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

7. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from website use or downtime.
